Bluefors is the world leader in manufacturing cryogenic measurement systems, cryocoolers and other cryogenic product lines for quantum technology, fundamental physics research and other select industries, such as life sciences and clean energy. With a revenue of over EUR 160 million and around 600 employees, we are dedicated to delivering the most reliable, versatile, and easy-to-operate systems on the market under Bluefors and Cryomech brands. The quality of our products in combination with our scalable production capabilities, has made us the preferred choice for ultra-low temperature requirements at universities, research institutes, and corporations globally.
In the OpenSuperQ+ project Bluefors will focus on the integration of a few key components in a modular and high-density qubit control in a dilution refrigerator. The key task for Bluefors is to establish a design rule for the wiring and components that would be part of the integration into the dilution refrigerator. The company has long experience in implementing wiring solutions and integration of RF components into their cryogenic systems and sees it as a natural role to participate and implement a prototype of this high-density and modular solution. Modularity of wiring components enables forward-compatibility with large-scale cooling platforms.
